You should know..

If the weeds grow back what is the point of having weed control?
It is not the same weed growing back. New weeds will start to grow that is nature. We can use certain products that control the weeds that are present and these products have a residual effect and stop new weeds growing for several weeks.

How long will the treatment keep my company car park free from weeds? Once we have sprayed a weed that weed will die from the root and never come back.
The products we use generally do not have any long term residual effect on the ground. Other weed seeds will however be in the atmosphere and will start to germinate and grow. In general depending on how much control you require most sites will require 2 – 3 treatments a year depending on the growing season.

How poisonous is ragwort?
It is considered high risk to horses. It should be removed from all grazing and crop-growing areas. If this is something you will be doing yourself, you MUST always wear gloves. Having the paddock sprayed however, with a safe herbicide; will control ragwort and weeds such as docks, buttercups, nettles and most broad-leafed weeds.
